Hello! I’m Graham...

I’ve enjoyed a lifetime of dance, including being a Principal Dancer with The Royal Ballet Company, and performing in the West End in shows such as Andrew Lloyd Webber’s CATS and Song and Dance. I even had the delight of playing the diva, karate-chopping, French-versed Miss Piggy in The Muppet Show sketch, Swine Lake, alongside the legendary Rudolf Nureyev!

My teaching career has taken me to many UK vocational dance schools, Leicestershire Arts in Education, as well as my own schools: Dance Activate, Ballet Associates, and Aspire Ballet Training.

I first discovered FitSteps whilst on holiday, after hearing about it from a friend. My wife and I decided to go along to see what it was all about… and that was IT!
We absolutely loved it, and as soon as we got home, I signed up for a FitSteps® instructor course with Ian Parker.
I am now delighted to be a GOLD-level qualified FitSteps® instructor, and I love passing on this wonderful way of combining fitness, dance, movement, music, and laughter with my class members.
It’s so uplifting to be part of a community of people who enjoy having fun and getting fit, and it’s amazing to see everyone grow in confidence and make new friends along the way.

Originally I had thought about retiring altogether and had bought a new pair of dance shoes, thinking that they might last me until I did so… but guess what? I have just bought another pair!
I very much looking forward to welcoming you to one of my classes. You can see my timetable via the link below.....or book straight away for a trial class at one of my FitSteps® class venues!
Great Cransley in Leicestershire, Uppingham in Rutland, or Kibworth in Leicestershire.
